Growing up in Seoul, South Korea, Chef Moon discovered his love for cooking at an early age, learning the art of Korean cuisine from his mother. He pursued formal culinary training, earning his first cooking license in Korea and gaining various chef certifications.
In the late 2000s, Chef Moon moved to Malaysia with his family, bringing with him a rich heritage of Korean culinary traditions. Since opening DODO KOREA in 2010, he has dedicated himself to crafting exceptional dishes, supported by his family in every step of the restaurant's journey.
